About Codeison
What does Codeison actually do?
We're a full-stack development studio. Roughly half of our work is bespoke service projects — store builds, SaaS apps, ERP integrations, AI automation. The other half is our catalogue of 80+ ready-to-install extensions. OpenCart is one platform we cover; we also ship on Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce, Laravel, Magento, PrestaShop and custom PHP / Node stacks.
How long has Codeison been around?
We've been shipping for paying customers since 2017 — eight years and counting, with hundreds of verified reviews from real buyers.
Do you only work on e-commerce?
No. E-commerce is our biggest vertical but we also build SaaS apps in Laravel, ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Zoho), AI automation (ChatGPT agents, RAG systems, document pipelines), WordPress plugins, and mobile-first checkout flows.
Who is on the team?
A small, senior group: engineers with 5–10+ years on the platforms we cover, a product lead, a QA lead. No outsourcing — the engineer who picks up your project is the one who writes the code and answers your tickets.
Products & Downloads
How do I get my purchase?
Immediately after payment you are redirected to a success page with download links. Purchases also appear under Dashboard → Downloads inside your account, and we email the download links to your address on file.
Is the source code included?
Yes — every extension ships with full source code. No obfuscation, no license servers phoning home, no lock-in. You own the code.
Can I use one license on multiple stores?
The standard license covers one store. If you run multiple stores on the same OpenCart / Shopify / WordPress install, contact us for a multi-store license — we reply same day.
What if the product does not work on my store?
Open a support ticket with your theme / version details and we make it work. Theme compatibility is covered under the 7-day post-install support period; we fix the issue at no extra charge.
Do I get updates?
Yes — lifetime free updates for every product. When a new version ships, you get it from your Downloads page or from the download link in the release email.
Services & Hiring Us
How fast do service packages deliver?
Most packages deliver in 2 to 21 days. Each service page lists exact delivery times per tier (Basic / Standard / Premium). For custom scopes we commit to a delivery date upfront.
How do I hire you for a custom project?
Pick a fixed-price service package from /services, or send a brief via the contact form. We reply inside one business day with scope, cost and a delivery date.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Every service package includes revision rounds until the deliverable meets the agreed acceptance criteria. We do not count bug fixes as revisions.
Can you work alongside my existing team?
Yes — we regularly collaborate with in-house teams. Code reviews, specification writing, and handover documentation are standard parts of every delivery.
What technologies do you cover?
OpenCart 2.x–4.x, Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce, Laravel, Magento 2, PrestaShop, custom PHP + Node stacks, ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Zoho), and AI automation (ChatGPT, RAG, Claude, automation platforms).
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more depending on your region. We never see or store your card details.
Is the payment page secure?
Yes. 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-compliant, handled entirely on Stripe's infrastructure — used by millions of businesses globally.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A VAT-compliant invoice with your billing address is emailed after payment and is also available to download from your account under Orders.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are listed in USD. Stripe converts at the prevailing card-network rate when your card is charged — no currency handling on our end.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are generally non-refundable after download, but if something does not work as advertised we either fix it or refund. Service refunds follow the specific package terms — open a ticket if you need help.
Support
How do I get support?
Open a ticket from your dashboard (after purchase) or email support@codeison.com. Tickets from buyers are answered within hours during business days.
Who replies to my ticket?
The engineer who wrote the code or built your service. No first-line triage layer — you talk to someone who can actually fix it.
What happens after the 7-day support period?
You can still email us and we will help — we do not drop tickets after the support window. Complex work after the period may need a small follow-up engagement.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Steps to reproduce, the version of the platform + theme, any error messages from your error log, and a screenshot. The more context you send, the faster the fix.
